We’ve been following my oldest son for 2 1/2 years now, the dr hasn’t rushed into braces or surgery, which I appreciated. When we went to this appointment, it was finally time to get braces, and I had to inform him we were moving soon. Despite 2 1/2 years of free consultations.

Absolutely great experience. Went for a consult for my daughter and we ended up leaving with braces. Patient care coordinator was a GEM. She explained everything slowly and clearly so my daughter understood the whole process. Whole team was very kind, great customer service. Billing process was easy .
